Who else can see my property?
Nobody. You see your own properties and nothing else — not other owners’ homes, not their documents, not the wider portfolio. That is enforced by the database itself rather than by the page you are looking at, and it is tested before every release.
Is there an app to install?
No. It runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer. Add it to your home screen if you want it to feel like an app.
What happens after the free 30 days?
It becomes $25 a month, added to your statement alongside the management fee — one flat fee whether you have one property with us or five. No setup charge, no minimum term. Tell Lindsay to stop it and it stops.
